My passion for cooking began at a young age, helping my mom and aunts prepare meals for family celebrations. Watching them create dishes that brought everyone together sparked a lifelong love for cooking — one I pursued at the Edwin Culinary Arts, developing the skills and techniques to build a professional career.
Through years working in Italian restaurants, soul food kitchens, pizzerias, and fine dining establishments, I refined my craft and developed my own culinary style. In 2017, I opened my first restaurant in Calumet City, Illinois, which I proudly owned and operated for four years before relocating to Las Vegas.
Today, I bring years of culinary experience, love, and dedication to every event — with one goal: exceptional food and outstanding service, no matter the size.
